Financial Information 2009-2010 Club Season

Final Costs:

Season costs are determined by the base fees plus the cost of the tournaments, as determined by the tournament schedule selected. Tsunami is a not-for-profit 501(3)c corporation. We provide clear account statements to show where your tuition is being applied.


Tsunami South
Base Fees (not including tournament and travel costs):

The above costs do not include Tournament Fees. Tournament Fees include the cost of the team to enter the tournament as well as the travel cost for the coaches. The range in Tournament Fees will be contingent on the tournament schedule selected, the estimates are as follows:

Players/Parents are financially responsible for hotel, transportation, and food costs associated with practices and tournaments.

Payments:

Parents should pay fees on time so that Tsunami can meet all the financial obligations involved in operating the club. There are many costs (tournament entry fees, uniforms, balls and carts) that must be paid in the beginning of Tsunami's season.

Fee Schedule:

For all age groups, a non-refundable deposit of $500 will be due on Commitment Night, Wednesday, November 11th, 2009. The deposit will go towards the overall fees for the season, which will be broken down as follows:

  • Non-refundable Deposit: $500 due on Commitment Night, November 11th, 2009
  • Payment 1: $500 due December 15th, 2009
  • Payment 2: Balance of Base Fees due January 15th, 2010 (will vary by Black, Blue, White, and North teams)
  • Payment 3: Tournament & Travel Fees for January-February due March 15th, 2010
  • Payment 4: Tournament & Travel Fees for March-April due prior to Regional Tournament (exact date TBA)

For payments 3 and 4 you will receive account statements via email detailing the tournament and travel costs due. Players continuing on to a National Championship tournament in July will receive one additional statement that will include the Tournament & Travel Fees for that tournament.

Statements are delivered electronically so please verify that your email address is correct and one that is checked often.
